With consumption water at least 8 glasses a day, and then we will automatically control the appetite. Water that enters the body over time will lead to satiety, so that we no longer tempted to eat a snack or a meal in a portion of a lot.

Eight Glasses of Water a Day
They say that the drink water cleanses the body of "toxins and helps you lose weight or lose water weight in a day, because it tricks the stomach into thinking it is full." Not only that, but also keeps the skin hydrated and make slows the effects of aging.
To get fully hydrated state of health, told that we need at least eight glasses a day.
Furthermore, the lack of water has been linked to everything from hunger to an increased risk of stroke. The message "drink water" is so important in this last decade.

Lately being noisy about Dukan Diet, what is Dukan Diet? When I look meaning in Wikipedia .The Dukan Diet is one of the most popular diet plans in France. Although Dukan has been promoting his diet for over 30 years, its popularity has grown since 2000. It is a protein based diet designed by French nutritionist and dietician, Pierre Dukan. His book The Dukan Diet is a permanent, best seller in France with 2.5 million copies sold. The book has since been translated into 14 languages and published in 32 countries. I imagine if it already exists in my country. The Dukan Diet was released in the UK in May of 2010 and in the US in April of 2011.
Then below it I read about the history short is in 1975, Pierre Dukan was a general practitioner in Paris when he was first confronted with a case of obesity. At the time, being overweight or obese was thought to be best treated by low calorie and small sized meals. Dukan thought of an alternative way to prevent patients from regaining their lost weight. He designed a new approach in 4 phases, including stabilization and consolidation. After 20 odd years of research Pierre Dukan published his findings in 2000 in his book Je ne sais pas maigrir which became a best seller.
