Benefit corn

Corn is a yellow vegetable that often I eat, especially if baked in butter and given a meal in a cool place and in the evening, yummy really delicious, but do you know about benefit corn ?

During summer holidays An ear of fresh corn has staple at cookouts, and frozen or canned corn is available year-round as a side. Because of its slightly sweet flavor and crisp, juicy texture, corn is a favorite of adults and children alike. And there is no harm in entering the corn into the daily diet as it can get minerals that are essential for strong bones and teeth. This is because corn has a second source of essential nutrients that can make strong teeth and bones of magnesium and phosphorus.

Bones are not only active during the growth period, but throughout life. Bone will release calcium into the blood every time it takes for vital functions. This requires adequate intake of calcium and other essential nutrients including two minerals are in the corn.

Corn is high in fiber and contains important B vitamins, which have been shown to aid in the prevention of heart attacks and colon cancer and to help improve memory. Corn also good for heart and the eyes.

So after knowing about the many benefits contained in the corn or benefit corn, do not worry anymore ,that eats corn is healthy. god is great indeed nothing is created in this world in vain
