In the previous article, entitled The Best Treatment for Hair Loss, in addition treatment with a medicines(Proscar, Propecia, Minoxidil, ...) almost all cases of hair loss or baldness is the result of the effect of genetic. But don’t worries about hair loss can be prevented by good nutrition. With proper diet for hair loss, malnutrition could be avoided. So, this will help reduce hair loss. Here are some examples that can help us determine what is and what is not included in our diet:

1. Too little protein in one's diet, on the other hand, can cause hair loss because it can make the hair into the resting phase. 4. Many eat iron-rich foods to avoid anemia, because anemia also affects hair loss. Examples include dark green leafy vegetables, dried fruit, cherry juice, liver, eggs, raisins, dates, wheat and cereals.


5. Eat vegetables such as spinach, carrots, turnips, and cabbage. Pine nuts, mustard greens, soybeans, millet, and cold pressed oils such as pumpkin seeds, walnuts, and flax seed oil are also rich in nutrition said.

6. Avoid alcohol and limit your caffeine intake. Caffeine reduces the levels of vitamin B and C, potassium, and zinc in our body.
